This hotel is located in a somewhat gritty neighborhood but it's quite close to everything. There is a shipyard nearby working on projects for the Navy, but the views from the upper floors are stunning. The rooms are large, luxuriously furnished and come with high-end, well-appointed bathrooms. The staff are polite and friendly, and the breakfast is ample and delicious.

Some facilities are not well-maintained and some services like room service can be hard to communicate with.

Facilities newish, clean, convenient

Staff quality varies a great deal. A staff member Allen who claimed to be an assistant mangaer, showed a complete lack of understanding of the service business; was unprofessional and rude in dealing with guests' needs and questions. Inconsistent with the 5 star standard, an unfortunate disappointment.

The a king size bed was great, and we loved the room. Deping road subway stop is just a walk down to the place, some 10 minutes on foot.

Nice rooms and good breakfast. Hotel had a heated indoor pool and gym. It was great to have a relaxing place to stay inside when the weather was not good.

The location was far from any attractions and taxis were needed to go anywhere. , the air conditioning did not work properly and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

There was a major mixup with my credit card. They kept trying to authorize it without success due to a mistake from their end. Finally they managed to overcharge it with all the requested authorisations above its limit. I spent 20 minutes with my bank on an overseas phonecall to sort it out as my credit acrd was rendered completely useless.

The luxurious amenities here fulfill every need for an exclusive stay. The service is top-notch and the staff is helpful. The spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna are all great places for relaxation. Additionally, the restaurant serves a delicious continental breakfast with an array of options.

The location is a bit out of the way and requires a taxi or subway ride to reach most attractions. One minor issue was that the air conditioning in the room did not reach the desired cooler setting on the thermostat, making me worry about a summer visit.

I booked the hotel from your site because we needed to go to the chinaplass exhibition. on your site was written that the expo was on walkingdistance, this was not true. I also got confirmation for free internet even that was not true. Both aspects where important for us why we selected this hotel but was not true. If we knew this before we would have booked another hotel. Feeling a bit fooled.

A bit out of the way but beautiful luxury hotel with great staff and facilities. 10 minute taxi ride from PuDong's financial center and LuJiaZui, Pearl Tower etc. For a 300RMB upgrade we got better room, on one of the highest floors, breakfast & internet for 2 included plus free drinks in lounge during Happy Hour.

The location is not extremely convenient if you also want to spend a lot of time in Puxi.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Shanghai and had an amazing experience. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The bathroom was luxurious, complete with a rainfall shower head. The hotel also had a great location, perfect for business travelers like myself. The staff were attentive and the service was top-notch. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
